Momenta was built on a simple belief: businesses deserve a marketing partner that shows up like an employee, not a vendor. One that treats your revenue targets like their own — and answers the phone at midnight if that's what it takes.
Most agencies operate at arm's length. They take a brief, disappear for two weeks, present a deck, bill you, and repeat. If results don't materialize, you get excuses and revised timelines. You've seen it before. Maybe that's why you're here.
We built Momenta to work differently. We don't act like a vendor — we act like the marketing department you always needed but couldn't afford to hire. That means we sit inside your business, learn it deeply, and make decisions the way a VP of Marketing would: with your revenue targets on the line.
That philosophy shows up in how we're structured. Our teams run in shifts. Your Slack channel never goes dark. If your campaign is underperforming at 11pm on a Friday, someone at Momenta is already on it. Not because we're working ourselves to death — because that's what it means to actually be embedded in a business.
We measure everything that connects to money. Impressions don't pay rent. Followers don't fund growth. Every engagement starts with the question: what does this business need to grow, and what does it take to get there?
Not a mission statement. Operational commitments we hold every team member to, every day.
Adam Segall didn't stumble into marketing. He grew up watching small businesses struggle — good products, real owners, lousy results — and spent a career trying to close that gap. Over 19 years, he's worked inside companies ranging from two-person startups to regional brands doing eight figures in revenue, always in the same seat: the person accountable for growth.
He founded Momenta in 2006 with one conviction: that most businesses fail at marketing not because they lack budget, but because they lack the right partner. Someone embedded enough to care, experienced enough to execute, and honest enough to say when something isn't working. That idea became the model every Momenta engagement is built on today.
Adam's background cuts across paid search, SEO, brand strategy, conversion optimization, and marketing technology — which means he's rarely the person pointing at a single channel as the answer. He understands that marketing is a system, and systems only work when every part connects. When clients describe working with him, the word that comes up most often isn't "creative" or "strategic." It's "straightforward." He tells you what's true, even when it's uncomfortable.
"I built Momenta because I was tired of watching businesses pay for activity instead of results. You should never have to wonder if your marketing is working. If you are, that's the first problem we fix."
— Adam Segall, Founder & CEOOutside of Momenta, Adam is a fixture in the South Florida business community — mentoring early-stage founders through local accelerator programs and serving as a guest lecturer on digital growth strategy at FAU's College of Business. He lives in Boca Raton with his family and, by his own admission, has never once successfully disconnected on a vacation.
From a one-person consultancy to a full-service embedded marketing team. The model kept evolving. The core principle never did.
Momenta isn't a place where you manage a task list and hand things off. Everyone here operates like an owner — with full context on the client's business, direct relationships with decision-makers, and the authority to move fast when something needs to change.
Stop managing an agency relationship. Start working with people who treat your business like their own. Book a call with Adam or one of our senior strategists — no pitch, just a real conversation about your goals.
